Who We Are

Dave Brown

Dave has spent the last 30 years in the construction industry doing various jobs building homes, commercial buildings, pouring cement and finishing work. In addition to construction, Dave has been a property/casualty insurance adjuster for 32 years, inspecting claims for both commercial and home structures. In May of 2012 Dave completed the American Home Inspector training course to become a certified Home Inspector. He is happy to answer any questions you may have regarding your home inspection!

Matt Brown

Matt earned both his Bachelors and Masters degrees in Technology Studies from Fort Hays State University and has taught high school technology for 18 years. During his summers Matt works alongside Dave in the construction and adjusting businesses. He too received his American Home Inspector training certification in May of 2012.

Our Services

Home Inspection

A complete Home Inspection evaluates the roof, attic, inside and outside walls, structure, basement/foundation, electrical and plumbing systems, heating and cooling systems to determine if everything is functioning as intended at the time of the home inspection.

The Report

Once Dave and Matt complete your home inspection, everything is documented in an official report. This report provides detailed findings about the home and recommendations on subsequent actions that may need to be taken. Reports typically take 48-72hrs to complete and once completed, these reports provide details, photos and other frequently asked questions that home buyers or sellers may have when it comes to making the home safe for use. Dave and Matt are always happy to provide further detail if the report does not answer specific questions you may have.
